This software is developed and owned by Shenzhen Langdai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. In this agreement, the user provides multiple application versions including but not limited to ios, android, windows phone, etc. The user must select the software version that matches the installed mobile phone.
License scope
Langdai Industry grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You can install, use, display, and run this software on terminal equipment for non-commercial purposes. All other rights not expressly authorized by this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by Langdai Industrial. You must obtain written permission from Langdai Industrial when exercising these rights. If Langdai Industrial fails to exercise any of the foregoing rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
Software acquisition
You can obtain this software directly from Langdai Industrial's website, or from a third party authorized by Langdai Industrial. If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that has not been authorized by Langdai Industrial, Langdai Industrial does not guarantee that the software can be used normally, and will not bear any responsibility for the losses caused to you.

User commitment and disclaimer
The user promises not to take any of the following behaviors in this software,otherwise, Landai Industry has the right to demand compensation for the losses caused by Landai Industry:

The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by Chinese laws. All disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the place of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, and the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the then effective arbitration rules. The award is final and binding on both parties.
The user's risk of using this software service is borne by the individual, and Langdai Industry does not guarantee the following:
(1) The software does not have any technical defects or loopholes.
(2) Software services are not disturbed, provided in a timely manner, safe and reliable, or free from errors.
(3) Any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by users through software services will meet users' expectations.
(4) Downloading or obtaining any data through the use of software services will not cause any damage to the user's computer system or data loss.
(5) The software service will not cause service interruption, delay, failure, error, omission or loss of the transmitted data due to the following reasons: communication line failure of the telecommunications department, communication technology problems; Langdai Industrial system problems; power outages, earthquakes, fires , Computer virus, hacker intrusion and other force manure situations.
